08:00 Meeting with the guide on customers address in Moscow. Boarding the car / bus.

08:15 Departure with a guide to Sergiev Posad (65 km). Guided tour during the way.

10:00 Excursion to the Trinity-Sergius Lavra: Assumption and Trinity Cathedrals.

The main object of the visit is the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius, the main spiritual shrine of the Russian Orthodox Church and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

11:00 Departure to Pereslavl-Zalessky (65 km).

12:00 Sightseeing excursion of Pereslavl, photo-stop on the Red Square and on Pleshcheevo Lake.

13:00 Dinner.

Departure to Rostov the Great.

14:00 Excursion to the Rostov Kremlin, the residence of Rostov bishops and metropolitans.

The architectural ensemble of the Rostov Kremlin, the pearl of which is the Assumption Cathedral of the 16th century with an unique belfry, in which a set of 15 bells is completely preserved.

Moving to Yaroslavl (60 km).

09:00 Excursion program in Yaroslavl. You will get acquainted with the history of Yaroslavl, see the Spit of the Volga and Kotorosli rivers, visit the Assumption Cathedral, walk along the Volga embankment which had been reconstructed for the 1000th anniversary of the city, and explore the unique architectural ensemble of the central part of Yaroslavl, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Visiting the Transfiguration Monastery is the main city attraction. Because of its fortified walls, it is called the Kremlin. The cathedral built in 16th century is the main cathedral of the monastery. It has preserved the original paintings; it is the oldest of the temples of Yaroslavl that have survived to our time. At the end of the 18th century, a handwritten list of the masterpiece of Old Russian literature, “The Word of Igor’s Campaign”, was discovered here.

Church of Elijah the Prophet – the beautiful monument of architecture of the Yaroslavl architecture school of the XVII century.

Departure to Kostroma (80 km). Guided tour during the way.

14:00 Dinner at a restaurant in Kostroma.

15:00 Sightseeing tour of Kostroma. Acquaintance with the merchant city, which has preserved the original appearance of the architectural ensemble of the 18th century shopping arcade.

Excursion to the central square (“the pan”), shopping arcades and the fire tower of the 19th century.

Ipatiev Monastery (Trinity Cathedral and the tomb or chambers of the Romanov boyars) – the main symbols of Kostroma, the cradle of the Romanov dynasty.

Museum “Flax and Birch bark” is one of those museums that can only be found in such old cities as Kostroma. Here you will learn about the technique of yarn and weaving.

11:00 Sightseeing tour of Suzdal – a museum city in which you would see about 200 historical monuments, many of which have UNESCO World Heritage status.

Excursion to the architectural ensemble of the Suzdal Kremlin.

Museum of Wooden Architecture with unique buildings of the 17-19th centuries. The museum is built in the form of a rural street with temples, residential buildings, mills, barns and other buildings transported from different villages of the Vladimir region.

Pokrovsky Monastery (overlook from the observation deck) – a female monastery, which contains a lot of mysterys.

Free time for a walk and shopping. You can also buy the famous Russian drink – Suzdal mead.

15:00 Departure to Moscow.
